I'm Brian. By day I'm a product manager at Third Bridge, where I've spent the last 10 years working across project management, operational excellence, and now AI/MCP product strategy. I helped scale a data feed product to £5M+ ARR.

By night I build things. Full-stack products, AI tools, automations — all with Claude Code. I don't write traditional code. I describe what I want and Claude builds it. This lets me ship products in weeks that would normally take months.

Before this, I co-founded a public speaking coaching business that ran for 6 years in London. We coached 700+ people and hit £60-70K/year. That taught me sales, marketing, and how to build something from nothing. But I realised I'm a builder at heart — I love creating tools more than delivering sessions.

I've shipped two products so far. Both made zero revenue. I write honest retrospectives about why they failed and what I learned. I believe failed products with honest post-mortems build more credibility than polished success stories.

I live in London with my wife and young son. I build in the margins — 9 to 11pm most nights. I believe shipping beats perfecting, and that the best time to start building is now.
